1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The product is not as described

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7–15 days of delivery (depending on the seller)


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Personal care & hygiene products

  • Beauty, hair, and skincare items (if opened)

  • Undergarments & certain clothing items

  • Perishable or customized products

  • Clearance or final sale items


3. Dropshipping & Third-Party Sellers

Hagone Mart partners with third-party sellers and suppliers, which means:

  • Return policies may vary slightly depending on the product/seller

  • Some items may need to be returned directly to the supplier

  • Refund approvals are subject to seller verification

We act as a facilitator to ensure smooth communication and resolution.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    • Clear photos/videos (if damaged or incorrect)

5. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong product) → We cover return costs

  • If the return is due to customer preference (size, change of mind) → Customer may bear shipping charges


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order

  • Once processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible
